Only customers who have actually used a Varazm service. You must be signed in with a verified email address and enter the invoice number for the order or engagement you are reviewing. That requirement is what keeps fabricated reviews off the site and ties every published rating to a real piece of work.
Your review is saved with a pending status. We match the invoice number against our internal records and check the text for personal data or anything unsuitable for publication. Once approved it appears on the website with your name, role and company if you provided them. We never rewrite the substance of a review; if something needs clarifying we contact you first.
Approved reviews appear in the customer reviews section of the site and in the page's structured data, so search engines and AI answer engines can read them. Your star rating is included in the Varazm average rating. We do not delete reviews simply because they lower that average.
Your email address and invoice number are never published; they are used only for verification. You can ask us to amend or delete your review at any time by emailing support@varazm.com, and we will action the request.
